To prevent low speed spins, I set the Corolla sway bars to 4 front, 1 to 2 rear for tighter tracks, or 4 front, 3 rear for higher speed tracks. You can run a bit more front downforce than rear downforce to get the car to turn better at high speed, but I usually just use the sway bars and leave downforce maxed out front and rear.
