My Disco 4 intermittently shows a suspension fault on the screen and advises driving max 30mph. Quite often if i switch off, wait a moment and restart it will go away. The suspension seems to work ok unless i try to raise or lower the vehicle, which sometimes works, and sometimes it gets stuck at one point or another and shows the fault on the Hi all and Happy New Year! Hi all, I bought a second hand 2006 Discovery 3 this year. It has suddenly started showing a fault with the suspension system locking it into normal height after a few minutes driving. This fault flags up pretty much every time I have driven it over the last couple of days, however, as I say it only comes on after a few minutes. Any ideas please?

I see more precise information from the tool. There are faults in the Transfer Case, instrument Pack,Vehicle Dynamic, Body Control, suspension modules. I will list them below: Body Control. B1B02-28 (2F) Low frequency coil - General signal failure - signal bias level is out of range/zero adjustment failure.

Very basically there are four major components in the air suspension system: the airbag springs, the ride height sensors, the air compressor and the self levelling suspension ECU. The ride height sensors will detect the height of the chassis above the rear axle and sends that value to the ECU (part of the SLABS ECU).

I had a warning come up on my Disco 3 - Suspension Fault - normal height only. I had a friend of mine check the fault codes and it came up with these.
